STILLE HAVN HUS
Stille Havn Hus is a care facility for 16 individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. This five building Modular campus is located on 23 acres near Walker, MN. The complex was designed, constructed and completed substantially ahead of schedule primarily due to the Modular concept.

KOJB RADIO STATION
KOJB 90.1 FM "The Eagle" is a new educational station of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. The Modular studio/office is located next to the Leech Lake Tribal College near Cass Lake, MN. The All American Modular building constructed by Village Homes of Walker houses three state-of-the-art radio studios, three offices and a lunch room, all sitting on a full ICF basement.

Early Childhood Development Center
Village Homes of Walker is proud to announce the completion of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Early Childhood Development Center which will provide direct services to 32 children with a staff of 12 on a daily basis. This 14 unit All American Modular building consists of approximately 4,500 square feet of classrooms, offices and kitchen space. Due to the Modular concept, the project was completed ahead of schedule in spite of adverse weather conditions.
