Schult has been building factory homes since 1934, and the Redwood Falls plant just down the road from us has been running since 1973. That's the home most of our buyers end up choosing, and it's the line we know best: every option, every collection, every detail of how the homes hold up over a Minnesota winter.
In 2004 Schult became part of the Clayton Home Building Group, which means every home you buy from us is backed by Berkshire Hathaway-scale resources for parts, service, and warranty. The trade-off is a small dealer like us still treats you like a neighbor, because that's what we are.

Most Schult plans let you pick layout changes, kitchen configurations, primary-bath options, exterior trim, and finishes, all decided up-front and locked into your firm-quoted price. Custom doesn't mean expensive surprises with Schult.
