About Skyline
Skyline has been building factory-built homes since 1951 and now operates as part of Skyline Champion, one of the largest factory-home builders in North America. The scale matters because it means parts, service, and warranty support are well-resourced. The build matters because Skyline leans hard into energy-efficient construction and modern design choices that show up in the homes we put on our lots.
The line we sell most from Skyline is Arlington Advantage, a wide series with plans from compact two-bedroom layouts up through four-bedroom homes with vaulted ceilings and patio doors. We also carry Genesis, Lexington, and Inspire when we can get them on the lot.
Most Skyline plans can be built either manufactured or modular. If you want a basement or a permanent foundation, we can usually order the same floor plan as a modular without changing the layout you fell in love with.
